Unfortunately, most of us are our own worst critics. The marionette lines seen in the photos are by no means particularly deep, and yes, in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert, can be quite easily and quickly treated with filler in order to elevate and straighten the angles of the mouth. Treatment, in the hands of an expert, should take no more than about fifteen minutes to complete, engender little to no significant downtime, and yield immediate, on-the-spot results. I just did exactly this for myself just this past Friday. So, no need to despair and btw plenty of people in their late twenties already have these, as well. So, relax. Just make sure to consult with a filler specialist. Best of luck.

The condition you described does not put you at a higher risk of having filler to the tear trough area. Be sure to see an expert injector for your treatment and to discuss any concerns.
It would be unlikely that 10-12 years after your filler treatment that it would still present and causing puffiness. It could be related to herniated fat, allergies, the aging process, or something else. If it is from herniated fat then a lower blepharoplasty would improve the appearance. I...
