I had filler placed in my folds 3 months ago. And 2 weeks ago I added more since it was still deep. I also had some in my lips. I notice that the filler did not stay in place, it felt like the line was moving the filler when I smile creating this bumps. I also have one small bump in my right corner lip. Is it arready settled and it looks like migration? I had less than a syringe for both arras in total.

Yes filler could be an option for you. Usually we would suggest treating the midface and lateral lifting vectors first. Once this is done we would then be able to place a small amount of product in the oral commissures (marionettes)
