Based on your photos, you appear to have visible product. I suspect you have had multiple treatments and sometimes too much leads to visible products. It is possible that what you are noticing is migrated filler from your most recent injection. I encourage you to return to your injector to discuss your concerns. You can elect to have the filler dissolved if desired.

Based on your posted photo, it does appear to be filler migration, though it occurred late. Best to return to injection physician MD, or nurse for Yates does dissolving of the filler. Usual fees run from 500+. If you like virtual consultation is recommend.
