I’m 53 and I do exercise. However the backs of my thighs and saddlebags don’t seem to be changing. Curious if there is a procedure that could help. Thank you

Answer: Cool Sculpting Thighs Based on this photo, you would be a good candidate for Cool Sculpting in the area that some people refer to as the "Banana Roll". A Cool Sculpting template would be used to measure the area in question, then the correct device would be used to perform the procedure. I always say that 2 sessions at minimum are needed to see a good result. You should definitely consider cool sculpting for that area below your gluteal folds.

Answer: Treating saddlebags and hip rolls Definitely not cool sculpting. You need to have liposuction of both, saddlebags and hip rolls. This procedure when well performed will give you more of a curvaceous, yet leaner lock whuch most women desire. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
