Can I get PAH after CoolSculpting if I have had many successful treatments over the years?

It is important to realize that just because you have had successful cryolipolysis treatments in the past, it does not guarantee that you will not develop PAH in a subsequent treatment. The risk of developing PAH seems to be correlated to the thoroughness of the treatment and the massage performed after the treatment, but it can happen even if everything is performed correctly. We have found that if you did develop PAH, you are more likely to get it again if you try to treat another area, so I would recommend liposuction instead if you have had PAH. We have had limited success in treating PAH with other non-invasive technologies such as Sculpture laser as well as with different liposuction modalities such as SmartLipo and Tickle Lipo, however, we found Vaser liposuction to be the most effective way to treat PAH if you develop it. Having performed thousands of CoolSculpting treatments over the years, I can confidently tell you that PAH is real but it is rare and it can be treated so the fear of PAH should not dissuade you from getting this treatment, just make sure you go to a place that has the experience and the resources to minimize the risk of PAH and be able to address it if it does occur.

yes you can get PAH anytime with any treatment of coolsculpting. I would suggest adding trusculpt ID for fire and ice treatment. Best, Dr. Emer.
