Will I get watered down results if the clinic doesn't use the area-appropriate CoolSculpting applicators?

CoolSculpting has several applicators, which the manufacturer has developed for different body parts. I want my lower stomach treated. If the clinic doesn't use the applicator the company developed for lower stomach, will I get watered down results (less fat destruction etc?).
