Hi there, I'm 31 years old and want to look 20 to 23 max age again.is this even possible,or is that not realistic? Also what procedures would I need.I look my age so I won't be posting a photo.I have disposable income. I just want to know what's possible.also is it possible to make a 40 year old face look 20 with surgery? Willing to do whatever it takes.

Answer: Can I look 20 again ? The short answer is yes and no. Yes if your idea of 20 is the same as my idea of 20 and no if you don't have the appropriate facial features to work with. The best would be to show a picture of you in your 20's next to what you look like now and a real assessment and evaluation an be done.
