Can laparoscopic diastasis recti repair, 360 lipo & BBL be done on the same day & if so, in what order?

Laparoscopic, diastasis repair, tends to not work out as well as people hope.
There are several issues with this way of correcting the deformity.
One of them is the strength layer of the abdominal wall is the muscle fascia, which is superficial to the abdominal muscles.
It’s not possible to reach the fascia from an intra-abdominal approach the second issue is that pulling the muscle layer together without retrieving the skin layer creates horizontal skin excess in the midline. I suppose you could do Liposuction as part of the same procedure.
For most patients , I suggest not attempting to reinvent the wheel and go with the traditional tummy tuck done by a surgeon who can give quality outcomes with natural looking bellybuttons and low, set scars that follow at atomic contours naturally.
Each provider will have their own view, so there is no yes or no answer to your question.
I suggest you ask your provider. If you don’t have a plastic surgeon, then I suggest having multiple in person consultations with providers in your community.
