How to correct high head, no arch, low tail after brow lift? (Photo)

Question

Mid 2022, I had an Endoscopic Brow Lift to address excess skin, sagging eyebrows. Surgeon is located in another state; our meetings are over zoom with followup information through his staff. While Dr said staff would furnish me with all the details relating to "direct eyebrow lift" to fix issue several months have passed with many requests for information but none is given. I'm losing confidence with Dr & the hope of having eyebrows that resemble my original or ideal shape.

There is no doubt that you have brow asymmetry. If you want to correct it, best way would be through an upper eyelid incision; fixation with a plates is very similar to endoscopic brow lift. This procedure gives better control of the brow position and shape. We have occasionaly used it after endobrow lift. Do not do it with the same surgeon or on the basis of video conference.
