Why do I have tiny bumps after a chemical peel?

Are they little white bumps? If so these are milia, which can be treated by extraction of the white debris or exfoliation of the skin. Milia are very common after a chemical peel. In my office, an aesthetician treats this problem. Hope this helps.

There can be bumps or scaling or some irritation after a chemical peel, depending on the depth and length of time that it is left on.  You should use a good emollient and if you are concerned contact your treating physician.
