Are they little white bumps? If so these are milia, which can be treated by extraction of the white debris or exfoliation of the skin. Milia are very common after a chemical peel. In my office, an aesthetician treats this problem. Hope this helps.

You should use a good emollient and if you are concerned contact your treating physician.
