I had a Septorhinoplasty 9 months ago, and there IS an improvement but I am unhappy with the results. Also had a little bump only on one side filed down. After the swelling has fully gone down my nose is still noticeably squint, inside my nostrils you can feel the septum bends into one nostril, the lump has become visible again now the swelling has gone, My nostrils are stil uneven. Is this something my surgeon has done wrong, why is it squint? Can anything be done to fully correct my septum?
