You need to be very careful with your ears and protect them as much as possible for at least 6 weeks after an otoplasty procedure. In fact, sleeping on your ears or a casual brush in the wrong direction could compromise the result. These situations are easily avoided by wearing a small head band over the ears for protection several weeks after surgery. You should ask the advice of your surgeon, but much of your answer depends on how much you value your new look.

Although it is not “real fighting”, if I were you I would not engage in “sparring/training” for at least 3 months after the otoplasty procedure performed.
