What kind of surgery will help remove the scar of the corner eye? (photos)

I have an eyelid surgery back in 2010 when i was 16, now i am 20. The doctor recommended me to also cut the inner corner of the eye. It left scars. I try using coco butter and scar removal tape but it is still there. I would like to know what types of surgery will help remove it

Epicanthal fold surgery scars
It appears that you had surgery to correct epicanthal folds with quite 
satisfactory results.  Your scars show some hypopigmentation, which is very 
difficult to correct.  I do not believe that any revision surgery would be 
indicated.

I think your surgery was successful to treat the epicanthal folds, but unfortunately the scares are whitish in a back ground of a tan colored skin. It is not clear if a revision would give you a better result. I would find a skillful tattoo person to match your skin color on the scars by tattooing them. You can also use a touch of makeup.

There is a reason why I seldom recommend medial epicanthal fold surgery.  Please recognize that this result is actually quite good.  Please be very careful out there.  While it is unlikely that these scars can be make better with scar revision, it is certainly highly probable that revisional surgery will make this area look far worse.
