What kind of surgery will help remove the scar of the corner eye? (photos)

I have an eyelid surgery back in 2010 when i was 16, now i am 20. The doctor recommended me to also cut the inner corner of the eye. It left scars. I try using coco butter and scar removal tape but it is still there. I would like to know what types of surgery will help remove it

Just because you had chemosis and sunconjunctival hemorrhage does not mean you had an "aggressive" surgery.  Both of these can occur after any lower eyelid surgery.  If you did have a lot of bleeding, this may be why  you had more hematoma post-op.  Floaters occur...
