Is it possible to restore/rebuild the footplates?

To make the columella look more towards how it was before. Like this: /\ instead of this: ||. This matchstick columella look was not something I agreed to and I hate it. I will be getting revision anyway so want to know if the area can be restored to some degree with grafting of some sort?

Asymmetry of the nostrils, by itself, can be very difficult to fix. However, if there is a bump, too, and the tip has fallen, then those two issues should be addressed at the same time as looking at the nostrils. Sometimes melodic noises from the nose are just due to turbulent airflow. I would suggest either Consulting with your surgeon or a reputable otolaryngologist for evaluation and management. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

I would have a very honest conversation with your surgeon about what your outcome. I would bring in your concerns on printed out photos so you can readily show what you are seeing. If you are not able to have a similar opinion of your outcome with your surgeon....I sometimes recommend finding...
