I had my initial rhinoplasty almost a year ago (Dec 2021) and although I was initially delighted with the results, as the swelling has subsided I feel like my tip is still too bulbous. I’m also incredibly self conscious with how my nostrils seem to flare when I smile from the side. My surgeon is highly respected and accomplished which is why I chose them, but I am upset with my result. I’m considering a revision rhino (as well as a chin implant for my ptosis) but would like a second opinion.
