Good afternoon, I had rhinoplasty around 6 years ago now and although I am happy with the side profile I have never been happy with my nose when looking at it from above or below. As you can see from above my nose seems to look very droopy and long and also from below my nostrils are both very different in shape, I also have a lump in one of my nostrils since having the rhinoplasty which i think could be a keloid scar? Could injectables help with the droopy tip or a second rhinoplasty?
