I had a revision surgery just under 5 years ago to fix an open roof deformity. I had a rib graft and my tip looks very flat and under projected. I’ve been told I need a potential septal extension graft. Would appreciate any help or advice. I have had several consultations but just want to make sure I’m in the best position and know as much as possible if I’m considering another surgery.
