Question

Nose after steroid injection- strong pains. I had steroid injected in my nose in march 2022 since that time I have really strong pain in my sinus and the whole nose and bones. Sometimes even strong pain killers do not help. Also skin atrophy as at the pictures below. It is almost 8 months and pain doesnt stop as well as skin atrophy. Can someone look at my CT scan before I contact with my doctor on place please? Is this black hole visible on the CT scan something dangerous? I am very tired with pain and looking for help everywhere...

The cyst above your lateral incisor is in a different anatomical location than the bridge of your nose. Is it possible for an odontogenic cyst to cause your nasal pain? That needs to be answered by a reputable oral surgeon. The area where you drew a red arrow contains the thinnest nasal skin which is prone to indentations from steroids. Some steroid-related indentations get better on their own. Others may require fillers. Consider avoiding further nasal steroid shots mid bridge, and consult with an oral surgeon for your pain.
