Breast augmentation deformation - 13 months post op - capsular contracture or not fluffed yet? (Photos)

13 months ago I had breast augmentation. I have attached a before picture. My surgeon put in 2 different sized implants, and lifted my right breast from the nipple as you can see by the scar. now I've noticed that my right breast tissue is drooping over the implant. My left breast feels softer than my right and now I'm worried it's the beginning of capsular contracture or could it be that my right breast had not fluffed yet?
