Forehead reduction, rhinoplasty chin implant done at the same time. For 35 years I have done the forehead reduction which we developed using the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead incision. The hair grows through the scar so it is not seen if properly done.this is much quicker, cheaper, and with no texture change compared to hair transplantation. Multiple surgeries at the same time may be possible if you can plan it with the doctor.  You have to understand that one doctor may not be the best at all types of surgeries.

If you have the appropriate scalp and forehead qualities, all three procedures you describe could be done in the same operative setting. The eyebrows would not be elevated unless desired.
