Forehead reduction, rhinoplasty chin implant done at the same time. For 35 years I have done the forehead reduction which we developed using the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead incision. The hair grows through the scar so it is not seen if properly done.this is much quicker, cheaper, and with no texture change compared to hair transplantation.
