Hi dear doctors! I had my primary open septorhinoplasty almost 1 year and 3 month ago. I have felt pushing in skin of my tip and annoying tightness in columella and upper lip during all rehabilitation. Now symptoms get stronger, my columella and upper lip are in pain, I feel my mouth and jaws pinched. And the most is intolerable pain in my teeth. Something is pushing on them.Might it be strut graft? I recognized that I have it. Also, I have a gap on my bridge, that painful too. How can I solve this all?
