Constant heavy feeling over eye with over correction. How can this be fixed? (Photos)

Hi, I had Orbital Decompression surgery in March and Upper Eye Lid Retraction surgery in May on my left eye due to Thyroid Eye Disease. I am extremely discouraged with the outcome of my eye lid surgery as now I am left with what seems to be an over correction. I have a constant heavy feeling over that eye, which seems to get more obvious throughout the day. The amount of eye lid showing is way more than the other side. I am just hoping to get an opinion on correction surgery as living with this heavy feeling over my eye is really terrible.
