You may have slight post op swelling or even retained filler below the hollow. You need to get a very fussy filler service. I strongly recommend Restylane for this location. Not many injectors are good for this location. Don’t be bummed, just get a small filler service. If it turns out that over time your filler service needs to be adjusted, this service can be feathered with a small amount of enzyme.

In the meantime, please avoid fillers or other foreign materials in the periorbital region. You have good results from the transconjuctival blepharoplasty but the main issue is that you have negative vector and loss of check fat pads. You can try either fat grafting or tear trough implants.
