Hollow/shelf after blepharoplasty - how long do I need to wait until I can have a revision? (Photos)

Dturner98
I had my bletharoplasty with fat repositioning in April. I previously had restylane in my teartrough in cheek area. I had it removed 2 weeks before surgery and inoperably, as it was suggested by my surgeon. From the start of recovery until now I've had a prominent shelf and hollowness on my eyes.. This shelf is giving a skeleton/corpse affect, which is making me look 10x older than I did when I had eyebags. I'm almost 4 months after surgery. I spoke with my surgeon he is saying that it takes time. However, this truly doesn't seem like its something that will get better, as i feel like the surgery should not look bad for this long. I really do not want to go the filler route again. I'm upset because I had high hopes for this surgery but I feel like my concerns are not being heard. It looks like a round circle that has not changed. Can anyone give me some insight into what is going on and how to resolve without filler? How long do I need to wait until revision? Thank you
