Malar festoons and asymmetry - What can I do? (photos)

I am 24 years old. I have malar festoon from the earliest memory I had of my face. My face is soo much asymmetrical. Right side fat is very less compared to the left. So my festoons appear very prominent. I can't even pose a single foto without smiling ear to ear because that would create a mistake face lift impression and cover my festoons. I totally lost my confidence. Please help. What can I do.

First, you do not have "festoons."  What you consider a problem is a simple congenital variation of the malar ligament.  In probably 85% of people, this is a single ligament that attaches near the inferior orbital rim.  In the other 15% it is a double ligament with the medial portion extending down a short way on to the malar bone.  You make up a small percentage of that group with the ligament extending further out to the lateral extent of the malar bone.  Yours is also a symmetrical with one ligament being longer than the other.  This is easily treated using either fat or fillers by someone who is an expert in treating this area and who understands the differences in normal anatomy.  Unfortunately this group constitutes only a very small percentage of the people that inject this area.  Using a plastic Surgeon who also operates in this area helps eliminate a great deal of the people without the proper knowledge.  You need to also ask for before and after pictures of people like yourself.
