I had dysport injected 12 days ago. 15 units in my forehead, 10 in each crows feet and 5 in my bunny lines.. my eyebrow (left) has dropped and it's caused more wrinkling on the inner lower part of my eye. How long until the dysport softens and is there anything I can do? It's made me very anxious and embarrassed, I don't want to smile and I don't want to go out in public.

Answer: Brow Ptosis after Dysport Thank you for your question. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the results of your Dysport treatment. A lower brow (also known as brow ptosis) can occur after Dysport treatments - it typically occurs when an injector uses to high of a dose when treating the forehead muscles and/or injects the forehead too low. Generally speaking, the results of Dysport last about 3-4 months. I would recommend following-up with your injector to discuss your concerns. It may be possible to raise your brow with touch-up Dysport or filler injections. Best of luck!

Answer: Drooping brow after Dysport Unfortunately, droopy brows and increased wrinkling in the inner part of the lower eye can happen after Dysport or Botox injections. An experienced injector can usually correct both of those issues with just a small amount more of the product.
