Breast augmentation May 26, 2017 Pre op natural full B cup. I had 615CC Natrelle Inspira Soft touch high profile round silicone implants over the muscle. I feel like they're small, I can't tell much difference in them from pre op. Not 1 single person has noticed unless I told them. I have a 27 inch natural waist I went with the most expensive doctor I found, board certified & awesome reviews. I feel like he accidentally put the wrong implant in. I'm ready to get another BA asap I'm not happy.

For such large implants you have a very nice result. Your surgeon will be able to document what size was used, and there should have been a planning process including you prior to surgery to determine the implant size. I would not recommend larger implants as you will be at risk for bottoming out.

Your doctor should have provided you with a card with your implant information so you can verify the size. You have excellent results and a large bra cup size. It looks at least DD, but all bras fit differently and all implant sizes look different from person to person. It would be best to maintain the trust you have in your doctor to keep the lines of communication open.
