Can I still get BBL after getting diagnosed with pre diabetes and high cholesterol?

Recently just went to the doctor for test and they have told me I have high sugar and high cholesterol I’m having liposuction and bbl in September can I still have the procedure done? Please any answers would be great! Thank you
