Will BBL make my butt more firm? (photo)

Hello,A Brazilian Butt Lift could certainly make your buttocks more firm. Your thighs could be tightened using liposuction. Keep in mind, the firmness of the buttocks will fluctuate with your weight. It appears you are very slim, and unless you have a large amount of hidden abdominal fat, you may not be able to achieve a very much larger/ firmer buttocks. Only about half of the fat liposuctioned is actually transferable. Another option that you may want to consider is liposuction of the thighs with augmentation of the butt using buttock implants and possible fat transfer. The implants remain firm and taught.
