I wouldn't and here's why: any needle puncture can produce a mild transient bacteremia where skin flora (bacteria, etc.) end up in the bloodstream. That is usually not an issue in a healthy individual as your body's natural defenses make short work of it. In fact, in surgery we use IV antibiotics at the time of incision in anticipation of bacteremia. But what if you get your tattoo and those bacteria seed your rhinoplasty wound, and you're no longer on postoperative antibiotics after 1 week? You can end up with an infectio. Although you would probably be fine getting the tattoo now, I would be extra cautious and delay it 4-6 weeks.
