I have seen many different answers regarding when to start massaging breasts with sub-muscular implants (mine are silicone gel). Some say a week, a couple weeks, a couple months, etc. When is a “normal” time to begin the massaging process and why are there so many varying answers?

After a fall such as this it is likely that you will more likely have muscular trauma rather than a ruptured implant. Anti inflammatories and a support bra is the best treatment at this stage and things don't settle you should see your PS.
