I had an extraction and bone graft put in 9 days ago on my back molar. It had looked like there was something in there that was greyish. Today I was told I could use a little water syringe to clean out food. I used it and a little grey thing and other food came out. Now the site looks just like an open socket. Is that normal? Should I be concerned?
