Is it normal that my temp crown came off and tooth under it is brown? (Photo)

The space next to tooth had a bone graft 3 months ago. The graft is exposed. Is that going to be a problem?

I am not sure how long that crown was on there, but that tooth is not good now.  You will need to have that tooth extracted.  See a dentist before you have pain.  Good luck.
