Extractions and bone grafts - Immediate denture were put in right away. Experiencing pain still.. is this normal?

I had all my top teeth extracted and 4 bone grafts done 1 week ago. Immediate denture were put in right away. Experiencing pain still.. is this normal? Should i sleep with my dentures in?

It is normal to feel discomfort after dental surgery where the mucosa is exposed because the patient tends to become more inflamed, and the post surgical is slower. When there is regeneration, healing tends to be slower. I recommend that you only use the denture when necessary until the inflammation goes down and the pain will go away. Do not sleep with her at night
