Is it normal for there to be clear, cloudy, white liquid from nipples 9 months post-op? I am not pregnant or breastfeeding.

I had my Breast reduction and nipple resize in Feb this year. Today for the first time my one breast hurts a little when I squeeze it but both have the cloudy, white liquid coming out when I squeeze my nipples? I am not pregnant or breastfeeding.

This is very common in areas of grafts - whether it be with nipple graft or skin graft. Your best bet is to try to prevent the dryness in the first place if possible.
The best thing to do in the circumstance is to research photos of breast reduction surgeons in your areas. They should be able to provide before and after photos. Most techniques still result in very natural shape to the breast as really only implants provide for super full upper poles.
I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. It is unusual for these symptoms to begin 6 months after surgery. An examination is needed to determine what may be causing the concern.
