Why is my right nipple dry, peeling, and has fluid 8 months after Breast Reduction? (photos)

For a while after surgery the nipple was tonal and healing like the left one but about 2 months ago it began to get really dry. I was apply shea butter for extra moisture but that doesn't work. I called my nurse and she said to apply Neosporin but that hasn't did much either.
