Do I have underdeveloped breasts? What are treatment recommendations? (photos)

Hi I’m looking for advice about my breasts. (In pictures, my breasts are slightly fuller due to pms symptoms but they lose volume after). I have been waiting for my boobs to finish growing for ever, recently at 20 i noticed once final growth leaving me with 2 lump like breast tissue at the top of my boob but none under my nipple or any under boob. i tried to show how my boobs are mainly just body fat but not actual breast tissue (also lined i in 4) any doctors near me you recommend? thank you

You need a formal evaluation by a licensed plastic surgeon and expert in breast augmentations to determine what is best for you and your goals.
Proper breast enlargement is not a "cookie-cutter" procedure where the same technique is applied to every patient. Every woman who comes to my practice has unique needs and different goals for her breast augmentation. As a board-certified plastic surgeon, I always listen carefully to each woman's concerns and thoroughly discuss the key points of the procedure. I also take into account their overall height and weight, the size and shape of the underlying chest and ribcage, the tightness and elasticity of the skin, and the amount of natural breast tissue. Based on your photos, you do not appear to have underdeveloped breasts. Instead, you appear to have breast size and shape asymmetry. Hello, based on your comment that your breasts are underdeveloped, I am assuming that you would like both breasts to be larger and not just the same size.  There are several options to increase your breast size and/or make the nipples perkier, such as implants, fat transfer, and breast lift surgery.  There are multiple experienced plastic surgeons in your province that should be able to provide an expert opinion on your options.

Thank you for your question and for your photos. Based on your photos provided, you do have size and shape asymmetry. I would advise you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed examination. Different sized implants can be used to correct asymmetry.

Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape, position and widely separated.  The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.  Implants are not lifetime devices.  Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

KiennaI appreciate your current concerns, however it appears that you have modest asymmetry, the left breast a bit larger and lower than the right. Options include breast augmentation with different sized implants or possibly a small lift on the left breast with augmentation. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore the best options for you. Good luck.

I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women with similar measurements with different size breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them.
