The tip of my nose is square and I was wondering if suture reshaping would give it a triangular shape? (Photo)

It should be possible to make your nasal tip less square and boxy. Based on just your one photo it is hard to say what exactly you would need done, but often it is possible to just address the tip if you want to. Often this involve suturing the tip defining points/nasal domes closer together. Tip Plasty for the wide box tip with a suture technique is something I have done for 35 years but often requires other changes to the nose. Ex. When the tip is made smaller the nasal bones appear wider and need to be made narrower etc.
