I have uneven swelling 8 weeks post op rhinoplasty, septoplasty, turbinate reduction. Is this still swelling? (Photo)

My main concern was a hump removal and making my nose a bit smaller. However it's been 8 weeks and the swelling is as bad as it was the day the cast was removed. I'm concerned about the lower half of my nose appearing larger and crooked! I also do know my surgeon performed an external osteotomy during surgery. In your expert opinions, is this still swelling?
