3 weeks post op Rhinoplasty, I accidentally pulled an internal stitch. Will this affect my result?

Monadnan,I do not believe you could have done any harm to your nose. Internal stiches do dissolve by themselves, therefore I would avoid touching them any further. Internal sutures are dissolvable, it is important to check with your plastic surgeon to make sure that nothing else happened inside the nose. 

In general, internal sutures are meant to reabsorb on their own, so removing them should not affect your results. Please note that these sutures do not provide any structural support so they should not affect your results.

Most nasal/rhinoplasty surgeons use absorbable sutures within the nose when performing surgery. So the suture you removed is most likely a suture that would have eventually dissolved own its own.
