If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Hi. It's going to be hard to say exactly what the issue is without examining it and seeing the operative report. Sometimes we don't know the exact issue until we are inside the nose in surgery. It appears the nose is deviated to the right side, that makes the right cartilage stand out more and creating a bigger drop off on that side. The cartilage itself might also be a little too round (convex) and prominent on the right side. It is also possible that there is a large graft in there that is creating this appearance. Unfortunately this is not something that will get better with time and might become even more prominent as the skin thins out. I would first discuss this again with your surgeon now that time has passed. A revision is possible. It requires a surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty. If going down that road, I would also consider supporting the nostrils and reducing them. Good luck!
