Is there anything I can do to fix my problem after a 4th liposuction done in Colombia? (Photo)

It has been a year and a half since my last surgery. The last procedure the surgeon told me I had fibroses and he can make it better and he did but probably would leave some area worse and that’s what happened. I have dents around my stomach and a big ball around and below my belly button that sticks out . It has gradually gotten harder and if I grab the area that sticks out I can move it like if there is something hard underneath

you need a tummy tuck to fix this with lipotransfering and and internal heating. this will get you improvement. we would need to consult you but you need to see someone very expereinced this is quite difficult to fix.

Dear clovis1976,
I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction. This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately. The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before. While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.

There is scarring, (fibrosis) under the skin creating irregularities that can only be improved at this point by skin tightening or tummy tuck procedure. Please select a surgeon board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and preferably a member of the ASAPS (American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons).

There is definitely something you can do after having developed excessive amounts of scar tissue and uneven contours from four rounds of liposuction in Columbia.

You should stop going to Columbia to get a Liposuction.

In general you should probably consider not having any more cosmetic procedures.

Obviously there’s more to your story than what you’ve posted.

Any surgical procedure is going to create more scar tissue.

You cannot remove the scar tissue with any non-surgical device.
