You have a intense scar reaction in your abdomen. These problems are rare and are very difficult to treat. The scarring will soften with time. Anti-scarring medications such as steroids and 5 FU may help but these medication can make the condition worse. Proceed with caution with any treatment and follow your doctors orders.
