I had liposuction (for the second time) on my abdomen a little over a year ago.. now i have a noticeable lump above my belly button which is more prominent on my right side. I recently had one vile of Kybella injected into the area to see if the fat will reduce in this way, but I am not sure if the lump is due to excess residual fat or scar tissue, or a combination of both. How can I determine if the lump is fibrosis tissue? And how to treat this? Cortisone injection? Kybella? Laser?
