this can be repaired but you will pay alot more by an expert. I do this daily in my practice, it will require proper liposuction and a tummy tuck with internal heating and fat grafting. I am sorry to say but you get what you pay for and real meticulous work, what is needed for the BEST VASER 360 lipo, costs much more than you paid and now will be much more expensive, time consuming, and difficult to fix. so you have to see an expert in revision. I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction. This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately. The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before. While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result. I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.

Irregularities and slight asymmetry are the most common problems after liposuction especially when some type of "etching" is performed or when energy (that generates heat) is added to the standard liposuction. Standard liposuction (without laser, ultrasound, or radio-frequency) works very well and has the highest satisfaction rate and lowest complication rate of any other surgery performed by plastic surgeons. You are correct that the irregularities are related to both scarring, unevenness in fat removal and skin laxity. Correction with probably require a combination of skin tightening and fat grafting (performed as two separate procedures). Please select a plastic surgeon board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons and preferably a member of the ASAPS (American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons).
