Is it normal to not get your period after a surgery like liposuction?

I got liposuction July 14th and was supposed to get my period a day or two after but it's been almost two weeks. I did local anesthesia and lipo to my lower and upper abdomen and flanks. Also there is no possible way I'm pregnant.
