I got liposuction July 14th and was supposed to get my period a day or two after but it's been almost two weeks. I did local anesthesia and lipo to my lower and upper abdomen and flanks. Also there is no possible way I'm pregnant.

Answer: Surgery can delay your period Yes. Any kind of stress on the body (and surgery definitely counts as stress) can throw off your menstrual cycle. For now, don't worry. Things should return to normal as your body heals. If you don't get your period next month, contact your gynecologist. Best of luck.
