The weight of the a 580cc implant is actually 600 grams for the implants that are most commonly used.  At 2.2 pounds in 1000 grams, your 580s weight 1.32 pounds. Each....Your swelling and excess post op fluid can weigh several pounds and remember, some swelling can last for up to 2-3 months.  So don't worry about the scale just yet!

Funny question. Breast implants weigh approximately the same as an equal amount of breast tissue. 454 grams (or ccs) equals one pound.
