Popped pimple accidentally 7 days post OP - Infection? (Photo)

Question

I have gotten a few pimples since surgery and have been putting acne medication on them and they have been going away. I absentmindedly scratched my chest and popped one (or the whitehead fell off) and since I am 7 days post-op, I'm wondering if this will cause an infection? Thanks in advance! (FYI: pic below is taken 15 minutes after popping and being sanitized with an alcohol pad.)

The final appearance, shape, and movement are not exactly the same as normal breasts. The surgically enlarged breasts do not move in the same way as normal breasts. They tend to be firmer. The contours are usually somewhat different than normal breasts. In some patients these discrepancies may be rather noticeable. Although every effort is made to place the implants symmetrically, complete symmetry is rarely achieved. Immediately after surgery, the breasts are swollen and firmer. The final shape and size is approximated after 2 to 3 months, but up to one year may be required for the end result.

should not impact your surgery but if you appreciate any spreading redness, increasing pains, thickening of the surrounding skin, etc, you have to let your surgeon know. AND since you're only a week out, you should be seeing your surgeon for follow-ups and you can get whatever reassurances you need.  But if you appreciates any acute changes, you must see your surgeon.
