Based on your three frontal photos, you appear to have a straight nasal appearance. If there is a slight indentation along your right nasal sidewall, it is barely noticeable. If that is bothering you, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance. Your photographs are inadequate. It is better to take the photographs looking up from the floor, up and into the nose. From your frontal view, it appears your nasal cartilage is deviated to the right. You will most likely need a rhinoplasty and septoplasty to correct this.

Dear patient , as far as we can see from your front side photo, there is no serious deviation visible however, an intranasal examination is required to detect deviation. There is a slight deviation of the tip of your nose to the right. With rhinoplasty surgery, the deviation inside the nose can be corrected, the deviation reflected on the outside of the nose can also be corrected , and these two procedures can be performed at the same time. If you would like to change both look of your nose and solve possible breathing problem , you are an ideal candidate for rhinoplasty.
