Is Reltok Clear Flo device airway effective on septoplasty surgeries?

In our practice, we do not use any devices placed inside the nose since they are extremely uncomfortable. When patients have significant anxiety or claustrophobia, we inject steroids into the turbinates while patients are asleep under anesthesia. This prevents significant swelling and patients are still able to breathe out of their nose during the recuperative and recovery phase.
