Did my septoplasty fail?

I had a really bad fall over a year ago and got a septoplasty done the same week I broke my nose. I’ve waited a little bit over a year to make sure I was fully healed and now I can’t breathe out of my nose and I feel constant pressure and pain in my eyes and head when I went to the doctor he said I had swollen polyps and that it had nothing to do with the surgery even though the pain hasn’t gone away since and my snoring got worse and my septum is still deviated did the surgery fail?

It’s unusual to do a septoplasty that soon after an injury. More likely you had a simple closed reduction of the fracture. You should be reevaluated to see what’s causing your breathing problem.

It sounds like there is a lot going on. If you have polyps, then that suggests you have pretty bad sinus disease, which could explain both the pressure/pain in your eyes/head, and that is correct that that would have nothing to do with the septoplasty in terms of that surgery having "failed" since those are different parts of the nose. The polyps could also be contributing to the snoring, etc.
