Do I have a deviated septum? (Photo)

I have gotten hit in the nose multiple times due to cheer and over time I've seen my nose looking more crooked. I've also experienced nose bleeds up to 4 times a week

It’s unusual to do a septoplasty that soon after an injury. More likely you had a simple closed reduction of the fracture. You should be reevaluated to see what’s causing your breathing problem.
